Can the monthly Webflow support price change?

The price on the plan today

The membership costs $999 per month and includes 10 hours of Webflow work. That is one plan for every existing Webflow site. There is no second package and no custom quote to join. Additional work is $75 per hour. Before work exceeds the included hours, I share a written estimate for that additional time and ask for your written approval. Additional work only begins after you approve it.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. The membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Your Webflow subscription, hosting, domains, and third-party apps stay in your own accounts and at your own cost. They are not part of the $999.

A later price is for a future period

Prices can change for future billing periods. A change is not a rewrite of the period you have already been billed for. The next renewal is the point where a new price can show up, and only after notice.

Unused hours still expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not carry over. A price notice does not turn leftover hours into a credit, and it does not store them for the period that would use the new price.

Example: you are inside a month you already paid at $999. A written note says the price will change on a date that falls after this period. This period continues on the terms you already have. The new price is about a billing period that has not started.

What the notice has to do

You will be told in writing at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The note is part of the same written channel as the rest of the membership. Communication is asynchronous and written only. There are no calls or meetings, so a call is not how a new price is announced or accepted.

You may cancel before the change applies. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing. The membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, and any remaining included hours stay available until then.

Read the date in the note and the renewal date on the account. If you want to stay, you do not have to send a separate acceptance. The plan renews until you cancel. If you do not want the later price, the cancellation has to arrive before that change applies.

What the notice does not rewrite

A price notice is about the monthly price for a future period. It does not, by itself, change the other rules of the membership.

• The included time is 10 hours of Webflow work.
• Additional work stays $75 per hour, and it still starts only after you approve a written estimate.
• Memberships cannot be paused to wait out a decision.
• Payments are non-refundable, including a partially used period and unused hours, except where the law requires a refund.
• A new website or a full redesign remains a separate project with its own scope and quote.

Urgent requests are still reviewed and picked up within 24 hours. Other requests are still reviewed and picked up within 48 hours. Those are pickup times, not completion deadlines.

If you want the next renewal stopped

Send the cancellation in writing before the new price applies. Say that you want the next renewal stopped. Service continues through the paid period you already have, within the hours still left.

You can request to rejoin later, subject to availability. Rejoining starts a new paid period. It does not restore hours from a period that already ended.
