Terms of Service

The membership

The membership provides ongoing work on an existing Webflow website, including maintenance, content updates, bug fixes, improvements, and new pages within the existing design, using the hours included each month.

The following are not included:

• Building a new website or a full redesign. These are separate projects with their own scope and quote.
• Your Webflow subscription, hosting, domains, and third-party apps or services, which remain in your own accounts and at your own cost.

The membership is intended for business use.

Price and billing

• The membership costs $999 per month and includes 10 hours of Webflow work.
• Additional work is billed at $75 per hour.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• The membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will notify you in writing at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Included and additional hours

Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not carry over to the next month.

Before work exceeds your included hours, we share a written estimate for the additional time at $75 per hour and ask for your written approval. Additional work only begins after you approve it.

Requests and communication

Communication is asynchronous and written only, through a shared task board and an agreed written channel. There are no calls or meetings.

Urgent requests are reviewed and picked up within 24 hours. Other requests are reviewed and picked up within 48 hours. These are initial response and assessment times, not completion deadlines. For larger tasks, we share an estimated delivery time after reviewing the scope.

Your responsibilities

• Give us access to your Webflow site with the permissions needed for the work.
• Provide clear requests and final, approved content and assets.
• Make sure you have the rights to all content, images, and materials you ask us to use.
• Review changes and confirm when they are ready to publish.
• Keep your Webflow subscription and other accounts active and paid.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future billing. Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, with any remaining included hours available until then.

Memberships cannot be paused. You can cancel and request to rejoin later, subject to availability.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. This includes partially used billing periods and unused hours, except where a refund is required by law.

Ownership

Once paid for, the work we create for your website belongs to you. You keep ownership of your website, content, and accounts. You give us permission to use your content only to provide the service.

We keep ownership of our general knowledge, methods, and tools that are not specific to your website.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the membership, unless disclosure is required by law.

Third-party services

Your website depends on Webflow and may use other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or policies.

Resources and website content

Articles in Resources are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Webflow features change over time, so check current documentation before acting.

Warranties and liability

We perform the work with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, the service and this website are provided "as is", and we make no guarantees about results such as search rankings, traffic, or sales.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the membership

We may suspend or end the membership if payment fails, if you materially breach these terms, or if requests involve illegal or harmful content. We will tell you in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will notify members of significant changes in writing at least 30 days before they apply to an active membership.
