A Webflow retainer is a monthly agreement for ongoing work on a Webflow site that is already live: updates, fixes, maintenance, and new pages within an agreed allowance. Webflower offers one plan at $999 per month with 10 hours of Webflow work included, written async communication, and extra time at $75 per hour only after your approval.

A PARTNER, NOT ANOTHER PROJECT.

Your site shouldn’t live
on your to-do list.

Finding someone. Explaining everything. Waiting for a quote.
Let’s skip that part. Work directly with a specialist who knows your site, owns the technical details, and keeps it moving.

A lot off
your plate.

New to retainers? Read what a Webflow retainer covers and when you need one.

How much does a Webflow retainer cost at Webflower?

Webflower has one plan: $999 per month for any existing Webflow site, with 10 hours of Webflow work included. There are no tiers and no custom quote to pick the plan. Extra time is $75 per hour and only starts after you approve a written estimate. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Do unused retainer hours roll over to the next month?

No. Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not carry over. Every new billing period starts with a fresh allowance of 10 hours. If you expect a quiet month, it helps to queue smaller improvements so the included time still goes toward your site.

What counts as an hour of retainer work?

Hours cover the time spent working on your requests: looking into the cause of a problem, building or changing pages, updating CMS content, and checking the result before you approve it. Scope and time spent are kept clear in writing on the shared request board, so you can see where the month's hours went.

Can I cancel my Webflow retainer?

Yes. The membership runs month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future billing. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and any remaining included hours can be used until then. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

Can I pause my membership?

No. Memberships cannot be paused. If you need a break, you can cancel before your next renewal and request to rejoin later, subject to availability. Your membership stays active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Are new pages included in the retainer?

Yes, within the agreed scope. New pages and sections are built with your existing design system and components, and they use your monthly hours like any other request. A completely new website or a major redesign is a separate project with its own scope and quote.

Who owns the site and the work?

You do. Your Webflow subscription, hosting, domains, and accounts stay in your name and at your cost. You invite Webflower with the permissions the work needs. Once paid for, the work created for your website belongs to you.

How do requests and communication work?

Everything is async and in writing, through a shared request board and an agreed written channel. There are no calls or meetings. Urgent requests are reviewed and picked up within 24 hours and other requests within 48 hours. Those are pickup and assessment times, not completion deadlines. Larger tasks get an estimated delivery time after review.

What is the difference between a Webflow retainer and a maintenance plan?

A maintenance plan usually keeps an existing site healthy: fixes, checks, and small updates. A Webflow retainer covers that maintenance and also leaves room for new work, such as new pages, sections, and CMS changes. Webflower's membership includes both within the same 10 monthly hours.
