• Website visits: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
• Email: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Payments: when you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details on its own checkout page. We receive your name, email address, billing details, and payment status. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Service delivery: as a member, you share access to your Webflow site, content, files, and written requests so that we can do the work.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on this website.

• Google, which serves the website fonts.
• Stripe, which processes payments and subscriptions.
• Our email provider, and the task board and communication tools agreed with each member.
• Webflow, when we work on your site inside your own Webflow account.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, or when required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Billing and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. Stripe's checkout page, which opens on Stripe's own domain, may use cookies for payment security and fraud prevention under Stripe's privacy policy.
