How do I cancel monthly Webflow support?
Cancel monthly Webflow support in writing before renewal. The paid period continues, and the plan cannot be paused.
You can cancel at any time. Send the cancellation in writing before the next renewal to stop future billing. The membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, and any remaining included hours stay available until then. Memberships cannot be paused. Payments are non-refundable, including a partially used period and unused hours, except where the law requires a refund.
Cancel in writing before the next renewal
You can cancel at any time. The membership is month to month. It is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing.
Send that note in writing. Communication is asynchronous and written only. There are no calls or meetings, so a call is not how this membership ends. Use the same written channel where requests already live, and say that you want the next renewal stopped.
Example: 'Please cancel the membership before the next renewal. I do not need more work in this period. Leave the site in our Webflow account.'
A message that only says the month feels quiet is not a cancellation. Name the renewal and say that you are cancelling.
The paid period continues after you cancel
Your membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Any remaining included hours stay available until then. The site is not switched off on the day the note arrives. What stops is the next bill.
The plan is $999 per month and includes 10 hours of Webflow work. Hours you do not use still expire at the end of that billing period and do not carry over. Cancelling does not move leftover hours into a later month, and it does not store them for a return visit. The unused hours guide covers that expiry on its own.
Additional work is $75 per hour. Before work exceeds the included hours, I share a written estimate and ask for your written approval. Additional work only begins after you approve it. A cancellation note is not that approval. If you do not want extra work during the time you have left, say that in the same thread. The extra hours guide is the page for that yes or no.
Urgent requests are still reviewed and picked up within 24 hours during the paid period. Other requests are reviewed and picked up within 48 hours. Those are pickup times, not completion deadlines.
You cannot pause the plan
Memberships cannot be paused. There is no hold that freezes the month and starts it again later with the same hours waiting. If you need a break, cancel before the next renewal.
You can request to rejoin later, subject to availability. Rejoining starts a new paid period. It does not restore hours from a period that already ended, and it does not reopen a month you cancelled.
If you already know the next month will be quiet, cancel before that renewal. Letting the plan renew, then hoping unused time will wait, does not match how the hours work.
What you keep, and what is not refunded
Once paid for, the work created for your website belongs to you. You keep ownership of your website, content, and accounts. Your Webflow subscription, hosting, domains, and third-party apps remain in your own accounts and at your own cost. Cancelling this membership does not cancel the Webflow subscription, and it does not move the site out of your account.
Payments are non-refundable. This includes partially used billing periods and unused hours, except where a refund is required by law. Unused hours at the end of the period are not a credit.
A new website or a full redesign was never part of the monthly plan. Those stay separate projects. Cancelling does not convert them into a refund of the membership.
If the membership ends from our side
We may suspend or end the membership if payment fails, if you materially breach these terms, or if requests involve illegal or harmful content. We will tell you in writing. That note is separate from a cancellation you send yourself.
When you want the next renewal stopped, send the cancellation in writing before that date. The Webflow retainer is the plan this applies to. The retainer guide explains the monthly work the hours cover while the paid period is still open.
